Collection, standardization and centralization of all building management data (performance of equipment, interventions of providers, platforms and multiple management systems) in a single, homogenous system and interface.

Benefits

  • A precise, real-time image overview of what is happening in the building, via a single, user-friendly interface
  • Centralizes and standardizes data from all the platforms of the buildings’ stakeholders
  • Allows a significant reduction in the buildings’ operating costs
  • Enables stakeholders to be informed of events taking place in their building

Issue

Building managers are faced with a multitude of heterogeneous data from: - a large number of platforms of service providers or equipment suppliers (new) - sensors installed on existing equipment - new connected equipment - their information systems and management software (ERP, CRM) The current supervisory platforms only cover a part of the date (a building / type of data / type of provider, etc.) and therefore do not provide a complete real-time view of the building portfolio (equipment performance, interventions by service providers, resolution status of residents’ requests). There is currently no solution that standardizes and centralizes all these date in a single interface. This makes it hard for asset managers to use the data in an effective way, which prevents them from significantly reducing operating costs. The situation is worsening with a growing demand for transparency and performance on the part of residents.

Solution

An online platform has been developed to collect, centralize and standardize all data coming from different platforms and different stakeholders in the building (service providers, equipment suppliers, connected equipment, residents). In a single interface, owners and managers can effectively manage all issues and date in their fleet of buildings: - asset management and maintenance - control and monitoring of the missions of service providers - remote control of equipment - customer relations management and communication made easier - monitoring of operational business indicators and implementation of measures to reduce operating costs
